Set high recruitment standards, maintaining operational excellence and compliance.
Responsible for planning and coordinating of events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates.
Sharing and explaining offer package to shortlisted applicants.
Coordinate with background check agency to complete background checks for offered candidates.
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Perform other special projects as assigned.
Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and continuous tracking of progress or area of opportunities. 
Track sourcing, funnel, and conversion efforts to be able to articulate a story on search efforts and market response. 
Should be able to create multiple messaging strategies to determine efficiencies in candidate engagement. 
Scheduling interviews, communicate employment status to candidates and associated parties. 
Headhunt for the best talent on various online platforms such as LinkedIn or other social media
